Not-So Boring Terms

Basically, if you're hanging out on our site or working with us, you're cool with these rules. We're a creative studio, not a law firm, so we've kept this as human as possible. If you don't like these terms, no hard feelings—but we'll have to stop playing together.

Everything you see here—the words, the pixels, the motion—is our intellectual property. Once you've paid in full for a project, the final masterpiece is yours. Until then, it stays in our vault. Don't be that person who takes the concept and runs; it's bad karma.

We're a small, high-octane team. To keep the lights on and the coffee flowing, we usually ask for 50% upfront. The rest is due when the magic is done. If payments are late, we might have to hit the pause button on your project.

We strive for perfection, but we're human. We aren't liable for any lost profits or digital mishaps if things go sideways. We promise to give 100% to every project, and we expect the same level of commitment and honesty from you.

If for some reason we aren't vibing anymore, either side can call it quits. We'll bill you for the work we've done up to that point, hand over what you've paid for, and part ways as friends. Life's too short for bad collaborations.
